The A-Frame Cabin

The A-Frame Cabin rents from Saturday to Saturday and is $285.00/week for 5 people. Each person over 5 people will be charged an additional $35.00/each/week. The booking fee of $75.00 is required for reservations and is non-refundable.
There is a $50.00 cleaning deposit, which is refundable if you leave the rooms clean. Clean means you take off all trash, clean the dishes and put them away, clean the bathroom, appliances, etc. and leave it ready for the next group of people. We reserve the right to inspect the units before refunding the cleaning deposit.
Pet - There is an additional deposit if you want to bring your pet. The deposit is non-refundable and is $10.00/pet/night or $50.00/week. "Pets" is limited to dogs only.
Linens and bath towels can be furnished for an additional $35.00/per person.
There is no phone and no T.V. installed in the units.
The Bird's Nest Unit

The Bird's Nest was named because of the sparrows that nest on top of the outside lights by the entrance doors. Every year they return to raise young ones in the same spot.
The Bird's Nest is located just above the bath house and is the first unit you find on the road into the property. There are two units upstairs.
Each
unit sleeps 5. There is a sleeping loft in each unit that sleeps 3.
The loft is more suited for children than adults, but can
accommodate adults too. There is a single and a queen mattress in
the loft, and a double bed downstairs. Each unit has a furnished
kitchen including a microwave, stove and refrigerator, sitting area,
electric heat and air conditioning and a bathroom.

The Chalet

The Chalet, overlooking the pond has two units that sleeps 6 people each unit. Two rooms of the downstairs unit is built into the mountain side, which offers cooler temperatures during the summer heat. Both floors are rustic with modern overtones. There is a wood burning fireplace in both units, but there is central air and heat in the upper unit.
Both units have a furnished kitchen, living room, two bedrooms each with double beds, closet, and a bathroom in each unit.
The Chalet offers the perfect place to meet family and friends.
Top Suite rents from Saturday to Saturday for $325.00.
Lower Suite rents from Saturday to Saturday for $300.00.

The Clampett Cabin

The Clampet cabin offers you the experience of living like the mountaineers did at the turn of the century. It's furnished with a double bed, love seat, table and four chairs, electric stove, refrigerator, top cabinets, and water shelf counter. You get your water from the spigot across the road and bring it into the house in a water bucket, set it on the water shelf and drip it out with a dipper like old times. You can eat outside on the picnic table or sit and swing on the porch looking at the fish pond, and let the world go by. When "nature" calls, run outside about 40 ft. to the campground restroom and bath house. There are flush toilets and hot showers in the bathhouse.
The Clampet cabin rents from Saturday to Saturday for $150.00.

The Mountain View
The Mountain View cabin rents from Saturday to Saturday for $285.00 each unit.
The Mountain View sleeps 6 each unit; two double beds, and two single beds and a hideaway downstairs for Grandpa and Grandma or the children.
There is a $50.00 cleaning deposit, which is refundable if you leave the rooms clean. Clean means you take off all trash, clean the dishes and put them away, clean the bathroom, appliances, etc. and leave it ready for the next group of people. We reserve the right to inspect the units before refunding the cleaning deposit.
